What nonsense! You should really think twice before posting such manifest drivel. When the wavelength of sound becomes comparable to the diameter of the human head (the inter-ear distance of which is commonly taken to average at about 17 cm), phase relationships between left-ear and right-ear incident sound become random. This begins to happen from 2 kHz upwards. Phase-dependent stereolocation then becomes impossible and the human brain switches to an entirely different mechanism, one that is independent of phasing and relies instead on the attenuating effect of the head itself. In other words, the brain switches from a phase-dependent algorithm to a relative amplitude-dependent one. Which makes perfect sense, provided one is endowed with such an attribute (=sense).
